The investigation website has been organised to allow easy access to the Final Report. The Report has been split into chapters, and can be downloaded either as a single file or by chapter. The Executive Summary and the background information on the investigation itself are available to read as web pages. Visitors to the site can also view the material submitted throughout the course of the investigation by selecting Evidence.

The Report of the Independent Investigation, which was commissioned by the Health Protection Agency (HPA), has now been formally handed over to the HPA.
